How do I order?

  • Add products to your cart
  • In the check out process, you can modify the quantities for each selected product
  • Make sure that you have entered the delivery address and provided a valid contact numbers
  • Pay the exact amount appearing on your order by Credit Card
  • You will receive your order confirmation by email.
  • Our customer service will contact you to confirm delivery date within 48 to 72 hours.

How much does it cost for delivery?

  • Free delivery is applicable for a minimum purchase of Rs2,000. Otherwise a delivery fee of Rs 200 (inclusive of vat) will be applied

When should we expect delivery?

  •  Delivery is usually done between 48 to 72 hours. Due to the covid-19 confinement period, we are currently operating with limited resources which can impact our delivery date. Our Customer service team will contact you for the delivery date.
  • What happens if a product ordered is not available?
  •  We ensure that our available stocks are clearly updated on the site. However, should we be unable to fulfil your paid order, we will refund you within a maximum of 14 days
  •  In case a product is not available, with your consent, we will replace it by a more or less similar product.
  • We can also issue a gift voucher of the corresponding amount that you can use in your future purchase
